Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

A classic 1 pan meal. Easy to make
Ingredients
- 1 10.5 can Campbell's condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast or boneless skinless chicken thighs. Cut breasts into 2-3 pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: bag of frozen corn, peas, or green beans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix everything but the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish
- Add chicken on top of mixed ingredients
- Add salt and pepper if desired
- Cover and bake for 50 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked
