Quick Beef Stir Fry

Fast and flavorful beef stir fry with crisp vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat
- Add beef and cook 3-4 minutes until browned
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds
- Add frozen vegetables and soy sauce
- Stir fry 3-4 minutes until vegetables are hot
- Serve immediately over rice
