Fast and flavorful beef stir fry with crisp vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat
  2. Add beef and cook 3-4 minutes until browned
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds
  4. Add frozen vegetables and soy sauce
  5. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until vegetables are hot
  6. Serve immediately over rice

Notes

Have all ingredients prepped before starting to cook
