Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

This creamy parmesan pasta comes together in just 25 minutes with simple pantry ingredients. Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta - spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccini work best
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 cup pasta water
Instructions
- Boil pot of water and cook pasta
- When pasta is half done, in another pan, melt butter, sautee the garlic, then add flour and stir for 30 seconds
- Add milk and 1/2 cup pasta water and stir until simmering
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted
- Strain pasta then add to sauce. Stir until fully covered then serve
