This creamy parmesan pasta comes together in just 25 minutes with simple pantry ingredients. Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta - spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccini work best
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 cup pasta water

Instructions

  1. Boil pot of water and cook pasta
  2. When pasta is half done, in another pan, melt butter, sautee the garlic, then add flour and stir for 30 seconds
  3. Add milk and 1/2 cup pasta water and stir until simmering
  4. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted
  5. Strain pasta then add to sauce. Stir until fully covered then serve
