Biscuits and Gravy

One of our family favorites for a weekend breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 pound of your favorite breakfast sausage, like Jimmy Dean
- 1 package of your favorite biscuits, like Pillsbury
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Bake biscuits to package recommendations
- Brown sausage over medium heat
- Once browned, remove any excess fat
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and mix
- Turn heat to medium-high, add about 1 cup of milk at a time and stir
- Once all milk is added, stir frequently until thickened
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Serve gravy over biscuits
