Honey Garlic Salmon
Sweet and savory glazed salmon in under 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in small bowl
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Pat salmon dry and place skin-side up in skillet
- Cook 4 minutes without moving
- Flip salmon and pour honey mixture over fillets
- Cook another 4-5 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon occasionally
- Remove when salmon flakes easily with fork
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
Notes
Works great with frozen salmon fillets, just add a few extra minutes
