Honey Garlic Salmon

Sweet and savory glazed salmon in under 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in small bowl
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Pat salmon dry and place skin-side up in skillet
  4. Cook 4 minutes without moving
  5. Flip salmon and pour honey mixture over fillets
  6. Cook another 4-5 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon occasionally
  7. Remove when salmon flakes easily with fork
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions

Notes

Works great with frozen salmon fillets, just add a few extra minutes
