Sweet and savory teriyaki glazed salmon fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix teriyaki sauce and honey in small bowl
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Cook salmon skin-side up 4-5 minutes
  5. Flip and brush with teriyaki mixture
  6. Cook 3-4 more minutes until fish flakes easily
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve

Notes

Don't overcook - salmon should flake easily when done
